I'd guess Italian or Greek rather than French. She's too East Med-looking to be typically French.

Yes, she can pass.
Her distinctively masculine jaw makes her look somewhat exotic (that doesn't exist among native French Mediterraneans) but in Marseilles, Nice, Montpellier, Perpignan, there are thousands of Mrs Gonzalez, Rossi, Rodriguez, or Bianchi, who look just like her. She wouldn't be out of place there.

She doesn't look fully European to me. Where is that nose structure typical from? She doesn't look Iberian and I haven't seen an Italian that looks that way. Greek maybe but still. To answer the question NO she doesn't look French. Jaw,nose and eyebrows are exotic. She looks like a depigmented Indian.
