-Gov Agent returns to the property with Sheriff's Deputy.
-Agent refuses to identify herself.
-S/D appears to call for backup but both Agent and S/D remain slightly inside the property line but do not proceed despite S/D negotiation attempts.
-Property owner tells Agent and Deputy to leave this property and return with warrant & probable cause.
-Government Agent advances into the property to carry out inspection while S/D remains at the driveway.
-S/D does not remove the Agent from the man's property, despite his request to do so.
