Dear members, mods and admins!

All good things eventually come to an end, and I think my time has come.

I have met a lot of wonderful people here and learnt so much in the last 2 years that its almost unbelievable. Through Apricity I became more interested in my heritage, where I come from, who my ancestors are. Without this forum I would never even imagined I'd have gene testing done like I did through 23andme and FTDNA. And with the help of other awesome members I have been able to interpret and compare my data to get a clearer understanding. I'd like to thank those (you know who you are) who have helped me.

It has been a bumpy ride, with many highs and lows, as both a moderator and administrator. To all my fellow mods and admins, you have more patience and tenacity than I.

To Loki especially, dear cousin, it has been a privilege being able to be a part of this community, and for having me as a member of your team.

With a heavy heart I throw in the towel and say goodbye to everyone here.

I will still pop in on occasion but will no longer be contributing. For those who are on Facebook, you know where to find me. :)
