He doesn't really look Russian, more like Southern Slav.

Light Albanian/Greeks can give a pseudo-slavic look .. balkan east med + native northern influence = pseudo slavic eastern european look. some ancient statues even look Slavic/Baltid influenced.

Light greeks look like light Meds, while light ethnic albanians look more Central European, Northwestern or CM ( in general Borreby).
There are of course types who can fit in western and eastern slavic countries, but still not really slavic looking.

I don't see what's Slavic in him, it is a common look. That's not the kind of look I have in my mind when I think of Slavic
