Some 100 new militia groups have formed since the election of President Barack Obama, says the Southern Poverty Law Center.

In a re-run of the phenomenon seen when President Bill Clinton took office, gun-rights advocates, libertarians, survivalists and others are forming militias as a symbol of their resistance to what they see as an administration that threatens to restrict their right to bear arms and expand government control over the lives of private citizens.

"The truth is that these groups are popping up like mushrooms after a spring rain," said Mark Potok of the Southern Poverty Law Center, a social-justice group that has been tracking the rise of militias over the past year.

Potok's group put out a report earlier this year raising the alarm about the resurgence of armed militias. Since then, he told CNN, the group has counted about 100 new groups formed across the country.

"There really is this terrible fear mixed with fury about the idea that President Obama is somehow leading a socialistic takeover of America," Potok said.

Nothing happened under Clinton. There have always been militias in America but most of them have been fringe groups with no popular support.

These groups can only get popular support if.

1. The Economy continues to decline
2. The percentage of the White population continues to decline steeply
3. They find a Leader who can unify them into one cohesive movement

To attain Power in America you need to have the Will of the people behind you and do it in a Democratic way. Right now the voting Power of Whites is only shrinking. This is not Weimar Germany where Germans made 95% of the Population. This is America will in a sense everyone is a minority to some extent.

Obviously the 3rd worlders and their commie sympathizers aren't just going to be coaxed out of Power with mere words.:D Its a matter of when not if. I believe racial tensions will only increase and that a American civil war is likely within 10-20 years.

A new civil war in America isn't entirely out of the realm of possibility. It can happen. Finding out what will be the trigger and who will pull the trigger will be very interesting. :)

People always have this oh it can't happen to us mentality, which is furthered even more by the Media. Just look at the history of Multiethnic nations and you will see they all go down in because of lack of unity.

If it happened in the Balkans and it will happen here too eventually.

What happened with Yugoslavia is indeed unfortunate however it is not very similar to America since itself is already multiethnic. Many different European nationalities make up America; it is multiracialism that is killing America.

If anything it points out that a Race War in America is inevitable. If people of the same Race but different Ethnic backgrounds can't get along, there is even less hope for America.
