View Full Version : Does he (Joseph Fauria) look mixed or white?

I've heard he is related to Shailene Woodley, from the other thread, through her great grandfather whose surname was also Fauria. Which is NOT a common surname, so it's likely they're related.

I posted him once but cannot find the thread, so I'm redoing it.

White..

Options like 5-15% make no sense after you indirectly/directly revealed who he is :picard2:

I think it's obvious he is not all white, but I don't know how blatantly "black" admixed he looks.

You say it cuz of his unclear childhood pics?
It's easy to make members believe if you say some atypical Sicilian as part-Black..

He's Creole and Spanish American, at least, I don't know what else. No Italian as far as I know.

You can expect answers like this if you reveal a person's identity...you crossed 50,000 posts and still don't know how guessing or where-he/she-pass works in TA :picard1:

You see part-Negroid?

I'm actually doubting that they are related to Shailene Woodley, since they look more admixed than any of her family members that I posted. People said it a while ago on another site so I don't know if its true.

He looks Spanish but with added something that makes him look off for Europe. He can't be fully European, there's very slight Negroid influence, more visible in his picture as a child.

He looks white, in he's kiddy picture he looks slightly SSA influenced although it's a bad pic so I won't hold it against him. He looks Iberian/Canarian

Everybody say that he looks Spanish but Fauria is an Italian surname, or at least, is not a Spanish surname.
If he looks something, it should be Italian, what he is.

Fauria is not an Italian surname, it's Catalan. It does not exist anywhere in Italy. He's not Italian.

Going back to Shailene Woodley, her Fauria side of the family is Spanish-American.

I Looked up the surname and yeah you're right. It's of Catalan origin. It doesn't sound very Italian anyways.

It's related to Faria and Farias, both Portuguese surnames.

Comte Arnau once confirmed it is an old, and rare, Catalan surname. I mentioned it to him and he found it in some book of names or something, I forget. But I know it is definitely not Italian.
