Puerto Rican?
Wow, Thanks! Great guess!
He took the test to find out more about more about his background and he has lots of Puerto Rican cousin matches, so it seems like you're probably correct. I wasn't totally sure though because the African seemed quite low to me for a Puerto Rican.
What made you guess him as Puerto Rican?
Are his scores typical?

Because I didn't know what else to guess. And some of them score like that, with low African.. others have high African. It varies.

It's amazing that you both got it! You guys are good! I'm just an amateur but the last thing I would have guessed would be the caribbean because his African score is lower than that of many Mexicans and South Americans whose results I''ve seen.

He could never be Dominican with an African score that low.

If their Amerindian is that high they aren't white.
No Dominican would have that combination of African and Amerindian I should've said.

Do you know what he would be classified as using the old Latin American system? Castizo?

Spanish.
They are closer to 1/8 Amerindian than 1/4, so they'd probably just be seen as white.

yeah, Caucasoid somponent European + Middle-eastern = 75%+ = Castizo.

I suspect he's probably 80-84 percent Euro. The euro and Middle East combined give a caucasoid score of 77.6% and some/most of the unassigned 3.7% is likely European as well. If I remember correctly, Eurogenes put him at 82% portuguese which would, I assume, include the European and Middle Eastern components as well as a portion of the African.
