I have seen at least 100 Uyghurs with such eyes.

Exactly, he has very strong Mongol influence on his look.

How is he strongly andronovo? he looks like he is 65% Asian at least. That guy looks more like Aralid-Turanid.

A andronovo type should at least be predominately Caucasoid looking, more like uyghurs.
