It seems like mixed of Mediterranean (Pontid maybe) and Nordic components where the first one predominates.

Asking cause she does show African influence, but it is less than you'd expect from a Quadroon-ish person, more like Octoroon-ish. Her Dominican parent must've been pretty White already.

Well Dominicans vary a lot, and if she's an octoroon than her parent wasn't that white. Probably between quadroon and terceron..

It's just that most Dominicans I've met where in the 50-60%+ black range, not quadroons. Is there some sort of a caste/class-based system, similar to some other countries (where people from the top of the social ladder are whiter)?

Yes and no it depends where. In some parts the lower classes are very Euro looking but like in the capital city then yeah, its pretty obvious.
