I tried to translate it, I hope English past tenses were picked up correctly.
A great and mighty Russian language has just 3 tenses and nobody is suffering.

Galicia, listen, let's get divorced!
Without noise, blood, and a public fight,
Why do we need mess and beaten faces?
Let us part decently, like common people,

I've been feeding you for a long time, I wasn't brawling,
I've been filling the budget properly year by year,
And you was fascinated by Maidan idleness,
Calling me a "slave" and "freak"

You gaze toward the West,
You know, Belarus and Russia is closer to me.
Let us part. That's better. It is necessary.
Like Czechs and Slovaks - easily and beautifully.

Poland has been waiting for you,
Tell her about fascism in details,
And in the center of Brussels,
You will arrange chaos and uproars.
I am sure, Europe will appreciate it.

Galicia, listen, let's get divorced!
The time has come. We are summing up.
For you - to hang out on Maidans for free,
And for me - to get to work. Your South-east...

A peaceful divorce is the best option. Perhaps the Ukrainian government can provide subsidized train tickets for those who wish to live under Russian rule?

Perhaps the Ukrainian government

It doesn't exist anymore, since the Galician junta substituted it illegally, rioting and killing police in Kiev.

Aren't ethnic Russians a minority in eastern Ukraine, unlike in Crimea?

I'm in shock! These poets have impudence to tell about that they work and fed someone!!! Eastern Ukraine together with Crimea is one of the most subsidized region of the country!

Depending on the region or locality, but in general ethnic Russians in the minority

Well, Kharkov, Poltava and Chernigov are the most important I guess. Poltava and Chernigov could be considered as Central Ukraine though.
As they say in Donbass, only 3 coal mines were seriously subsidized and the rest are 20% of the Ukrainian GDP. Not to say about gas in Crimea.

What do you think about the folks from the video? They (faces) look very Ukrainian to me.

Why not! It is difficult to distinguish Ukrainians and Russians from neighboring territories across the border. Besides that there many people in Ukraine which have partially Russian heritage and the similar situation in Russia, where live generous amount of ethnic Ukrainians
