Not really, vorio epirotes might be mixed with vlachs, not Tosks. They live pretty much on their own villages and communities.

Of course they have always had their representatives in the state.

Look, those villages are mixed during history...a lot of people from greek speaking islands came and created marriages with the orthodox albanians of seaside.
