She kind of looks like Greek singer Glykeria, but has a NW Euro influence. She is a mixture of things.

The mix of NW Euro and Greek gives a somewhat Jewish appearance IMO, if I had not been given pre information about this I would probably guess Ashkenazi Jew. The pigmentation is very white but the nose and mouth would not be out of place among the whiter social groups of the Middle East or Iran, also some in the Southern Cone have a similar nose and mouth.

She is half Sicilian, half NW Euro. She doesn't have recent Greek ancestry although surely like other Sicilians her mother probably has some if you go back far enough.

She looks French to me like most of the common Italian - British Island mixes do.

I think that her eye area is very SE European but her mouth and chin area is more NW Euro.

Older faces get a bit more boney in some ways even if they are fatter because they lose cartelege so I think it makes her look more med than she did when she was young.

She doesn't strike me as Greek or Jewish looking. She looks west European

Do you think she looks more Sicilian or more English/Irish/French?

More English I think. Her Sicilian side isn't very noticeable.

I read that she is only 25% Sicilian; the other quarter is Tuscan.
The remaining 50% is typical colonial American; English, Irish, German, and Welsh ancestry.

I didn't know this, but it makes sense.
