I think on THIS picture he can even pass in UK, Ireland, France, because the nose, lips etc. actually look like they can pass there.

But so far I am the only person who voted this. Spain, Portugal of course. I also said Croatia, Albania etc. I don't know Bulgarians or Bosnians so I cannot say. I think the features are not "Eastern" enough for the other countries.
