About two thieves actually:D.The translation is this.
Tusiu and Misiu were (a term about distant relatives)
and from love and looks were like twin brothers.
The got to know each other at one night while stealing.
They were thugs and lazy
they never worked at their life.
They lived by lying and stealing.
They stole the whole wolrd
they never made a home for themselves.

The oldest extent document in Romanian dates back from the beginning of the XVIth century. It's extremely late compared to other Romance languages (French having its first extent literary text during the IXth century, for example).

It's highly disorted with heavy Greek accent and they (some) pretentiously bark words instead of speaking them which is inappropiately shameful and literally unacceptable, they can't properly speak it in my book. The flow isn't there. You don't have to shout like a total moron in every setence to speak the goddamn language but they are heavy influenced by Greeks. Albania's Aromanian properly sounds pure since they are serious-minded and non-clown-minded Farsherots up there who really know their stuff. These people on the video are the biggest clowns. We need people with a purpose not thse karagioz-minded fucking caricatures in Greece. However it's proper Balkan sound. The clown with the crook and the black hood is mixed with Greeks.

1:32 the biggest clown is there speaking with the heaviest Greek accent inappropiately disorting the language. That's not how you say "tsiva". He butchered it.
