I suspect my mom's great grandfather might have been Japanese. Would it show in autosomal DNA test?

I think my mom's great grandfather looks like a Japanese man, I remember another person from Skadi compared the photo of this ancestor to a Japanese person they looked similar.

Is there anything in my mom's results indicating she has a Japanese great grandfather? I will just post a few tests.

Nothing whatsoever indicating East Asian on Dr Mcdonald's test, the most foreign was Mideast

.4% Southeast Asian .6% Northeas Asian on Dodecad V3

I think we might have some distant Asiatic admixture. But does that mean that great grandpa himself was from Japan?
