Those aren't "popular" though. Those are probably the most infrequently discussed countries here. Popular would denote ethnicities that are discussed ad-nauseum, which I shall list now (note: I find discussion of these groups is basically becoming obnoxious and intolerable)

-Endless carbon-copy Sikeliot threads about Southern Italians
-Iberians
-Turks
-Most Balkan ethinicities excluding Romanians and Slovenes (are those two even technically Balkan?)
-Berbers/North Africans
-Levantines
-Racially ambiguous Latin American countries like Chile, Mexico, Columbia, Dominican Rebublic


Interstingly, 4 out of the 7 are not even European countries, but the countries you mentioned go virtually undiscussed.

I don't think we really tend to hold grudges as much as some countries do, probably some people here do but it's generally not the first thing you think of when you think of the Irish. I could be a little biased though because I'm part Irish.
