He's 1/4 English on his mother's side, and 1/4 German on the same side. His father is of Scottish descent.

Not exactly. Germans and Brits are usually clearly distinguishable, at least for me. Both have their distinct look, that I could identify. Eminem looks more British imo. I remember someone suggesting that he looks Polish, but he clearly does not as he strikes me as alien. Ethnic Germans already often look foreign for Poland, but Scottish people have much more unusual (here at least) looks.
