What's your favorite season of the year?

I am Southerner...so I vote for summer!

Sun, sea, summer heats:p

I am more into fall. But I only like the "Harvest Season" ( September, early October) when the leaves are turning red and yellow and when it is still warm. For me it is a time of contemplation and preparation for the coming winter.

My favorite months of the year are August and September -- immediately followed by my least favorite months, October and November.

December and January, nice cold weather in the Northeast of the U.S. :D;)

I love the smell of fresh nature when it is very cold outside. ;):D

I like summer because the forests are lush green and nature is thriving, but I absolutely hate the heat. Anything over 25°C is too much for me, and unfortunately we've been having temperatures between 35 and 45 during summer for the past few years...:evil

I would post my pictures, but the colours aren't as vivid...

25-28 is ideal temperature, but I don't think that any more any part of Europe has such pleasent temperature.

I'm happiest lying in the sun in 30 degree heat, warm enough for swimming and playing in the water in the day, bbqs and running round in the evening. If I'm working I don't like anything over 27. Much better by the sea too, then you get clear days and a sea breeze, none of this hot, cloudy and muggy bullsh*t :thumb001:

Summer... summer summer summer, summer is the best, the warmest and the most colourful of all the seasons, the best for being outside with almost no clothes on, the only season when you can bathe in the sea... summer, o summer is the wonderful season, full of sprouting life and surprises... o summer... o summer.... o summer, where art thou?

Around 15°C and dry. I don't like damp and extreme weather - too cold or too hot. Unfortunately, we have exactly such kind of continental climate - hot in summer, cold in winter, rains in spring and fogs in autumn.

I like spring, because it's too hot in the summer.

Spring, Autumn, Winter, Summer. In that order. I'm not into binge tanning and sweating. Spring and autumn provide moderate temperatures and unique landscapes. 18-24 C° are fine.

Winter. Black people and Hispanics hate the Cold and that is why I love it. Their skin is more prone to frost bite. The colder the better. Though too cold and Whites are not that well adapted to cold. Nevertheless I wouldn't mind it being 10 Degrees F the entire year.:D

For me it's spring, the colour returns to the countryside almost overnight:)

Late Spring time, a lot of sun, neither too hot nor too cold, ideal for going outside or staying inside in a comfortable environment and nature is at its height, everything feels fresher and growing, looks green and alive.

Summer.

It gives you the most alternatives at outdoor activities, the most lively nature, the most fruits, freedom from school, beach season, and an absence of freakin' cold that makes you sick.

And that's from someone who completely avoids tanning and wears long trousers/shirts all the time.
What can I say? I'm not the sweating-type.

Sin duda, especial afinidad con un atardecer en soledad en algún bosque en Otoño.

Early Autumn is my favorite, I like the weather, the way that the nature looks and the whole symbolism for this season. <3

All is OK with summer if you have an air condition and stay in home during daytime;)
BTW, I like all the seasons, when it's not too cold, too humid or too hot.

I like the extreme ones, I love snow and freezing air, and I love the heat of summer provided I'm on a higher altitude where humidity is lower and far from the sea, however I do not like the hot temperature and high humidity climate of Mediterranean.

whaaa?? :033102st: :P

I'll trade ya!

Me? Spring, I get to garden. I love late spring especially. The ground smells nice. The browns give way to greens. Flowers bloom as do shrubs, lilacs especially.

I also love to hear the new sounds of Spring: birds coming back (robins, geese), frogs croaking in swamps and creeks, brooks babbling.

Ahh this season fills me with such a feeling of aliveness. It is by far my favourite. :)

The frogs are busy banging away in my pond, half a ton of spawn on the water at the moment….still the cat likes frogs (ever hear frogs squeal? Ouch).

Winter. Snow fascinates me and I can't stand warm weather (so the South is probably the worst place to be). I hate summer, spring's wonderful too, and autumn is pretty but I consider it a "buildup" to the beauty of winter.

I love snowy winters, but having trainings outside on -10C, fucking cold wind and 50cm deep snow made me re-think about winter, honestly.. :(
