Yeah! Some of you know this thread from before, some of you don't, here's the rules:

One member asks 5 questions, another member answers these AND asks another 5 more. And NO writing the answers and waiting some hours before asking new questions. Anything goes! And if you're in trouble finding questions, look around you.

And if two people answers the same question, last one must answer first ones questions as well.

All of the above actually, but ultimately I'd like for it to be in book form, a true family saga where oral family stories have been captured in the written format. Some nice readable book though for the generations to come. :)

Hmm this one could be answered in a number of ways...physically: my home's walls lined with books, books and more books--already read and yet to be read (this is still a work-in-progress), a sunny, plant-filled room overlooking a garden (which I already have) which has good flow and enough room for many or just one (me) and great comfy furniture, the type you can put your feet up on--in short, a real living room. The vibe: comfy, welcoming, secure, conducive to thinking and writing and just being with one's thoughts, full of love; a quiet place where I can not only see and hear the birds, bees and trees, but the whisperings of great things through the Trees. :)



3: Do you plan on travelling?

Absolutely! I'm planning a trip to Switzerland for the Fall! My first European trip of many, I hope! :)



4: Do you prefer home cooking to eating out, or vice versa?

Home cooking by far. My hubby's a great cook and my son is shaping up to becoming one as well. There's a lot of love that goes into the food when it is home cooked. :)

Nothing beats the experience of actually going to the cinema for me. I love the big seats, the huge screen, the loudness, the dimmed lights, the popcorn and drink...the whole nine yards. Expensive yes, but the atmosphere can't be beat, nor adequately recreated I think. I sometimes feel that Hollywood has really missed the mark during these past decades in terms of downplaying the creation of film-watching experiences. Instead they've jumped on the cash-cow bandwagon of merely cranking out films to be released on DVDs. It's pretty sad when you think about it. Oh well...

I might be damned, I might be lazy and I might be damn lazy too. It all depends on the situation. ;) I tend to prefer using a euphemism like 'lacking in motivation'. It just wouldn't be acceptable for a Heathen such as myself to readily admit to laziness, now would it? ;)

For real? Well hard to tell really unless I get a clinical diagnosis of course but caffeine and The Apricity rank right up there.

Yep! 1. There are many gods!!!! My explanation could take all bloody day but I will boil it down greatly by saying that my belief in gods is that each culture creates their own based on sensitivity to energy around them as mediated by culture and environment. 1. I believe what they say about the nutrition content of the food that is produced but I don't believe what is/is not said about the other crap in our food as well. Something can have all the vitamins in the world, but if it's covered in Malathion that kind of diminishes any nutritive value it might have, eh?:rolleyes:

2. Soy is a wonder food!!! Soy is the food saviour!!! Soy sucks!!! Soy will give you thyroid problems!!! Soy is the devil!!!! Bahhhhh!!! Fad foods. I gave up on fad foods ages ago. I tried to like the soy, I really, really did, especially when my son was younger and he couldn't drink milk without breaking into hives. However, I can't stand it, never could, and when it became obvious that he would cheerfully starve before consuming any either, I stopped buying soy anything. Bleck!!!!

4. Yes. I grew up surrounded by hunters and fishermen. I have no prada-coated issues with where my food comes from. I think everyone in the Western world needs to visit a farm or an animal processing plant to understand where our food comes from. There are kids out there now who are so far removed from the process that they don't realize that chips come from potatoes and they can't make the mental leap from hamburger to cow because the schism between modern living and reality is too great. 1) I appreciate the fact that mine is better than most can hope for, but it's exhausting emotionally and physically. So, average. Typical.
2) Usually involves copious amounts of alcohol and various other unsavoury behaviours. Probably no different this year.
3) 22" Wide LCD and a 21" 4:3 CRT -- I run the CRT in a 19" Wide mode.

2. I'm Estonian and I live in Estonia(the most "wired" country in Europe and the most advanced IT-country of Europe).
