Basicly nothing, there are probably minor differences in morphology, but both of thoose terms are used to describe Nordo-Cromagnoid mixes, but one is based on Scandinavian populations and other on British, actually all of early Germanic tribes were Nordo-Cromagnid predominantly, sometimes more on one or another side.

Thanks. This seems confusing to me, though. If they're so similar how would I say she's either British or Scandinavian? Is it her coloring? She seemed more Scandinavian pigmentation wise than British--to me at least.

Definitely Anglo-Saxon, additional Corded, she'd pass better in the UK than Scandinavia, he hair has more reddish undertones than the typical Scandinavian blonde imo, and she's a similar type to J. K. Rowling, another Anglo-Saxon.
