Does she not look like the face on the Aunt Jemima syrup bottles?

It's funny because it's non-racist and racist at the same time.

Any specific countries?

Jamaicans are unique among New World blacks in that their Central African ancestry is very small.. much smaller than Haitians, black Brazilians, etc.

I'm not being racist.. she looks like Aunt Jemima. Now if I said "All black women look like Aunt Jemima" (which they don't) that would be racist.

They changed the image to make her look less slave-like, because people considered the old depiction racist.

Do black colombians look like her or are they more darker and less robust?

Black Colombians I wouldn't say are any darker than her, but they're certainly less stocky.

Some of them even speak a spanish based creole language called palenque, which is facinating imo since most of the creole-african languages in the americans are usually blended in with french and english. Only 2000 black colombians speak the palenque language and i'm willing to bet they are around 80-90% SSA on average.
