Both areas are a bad influence on each other. Don't think it would end well. ;) Am trying to think of the anarchy that would endure.:clap

Oh bloody hell, where will it end?! Any other counties you fancy? Take Wales too why don't you?! They can referee between Scotland and NI!

We'll quietly drink tea and watch.

Northern Irelanders are Scots who forgot to wear their kilts.

I've had the idea myself. The big problem is that Scotland would not be able to police NI if trouble erupted again. Maybe if the two counties opposite Scotland became Scottish and the others joined the Republic that would work.

Frankly, I find it astonishing that those six counties should be the source of so much conflict.

No I think Northern Ireland should be its own country....to me it is the Prussia of the UK/British Islands.

Thought it would be a good laugh to ask for the way to Londonderry, when in Donegal in 2 weeks time.

It's England painful heritage. Let England keep it. Why should the Scots have to clean up England's mess ?

ulster scots are 55% of NI population, it shouldn't be hard to relocate them in Scotland and let Ulster join Eire.
