He is Peruvian, Ecuadorian and Irish.

I'd imagine it is more, given his ancestry and that Peru is one of the most Amerindian countries in the Americas.

I can see it in his eyes and bone structure, especially in the second photo, but his phenotype is overwhelmingly Euro.

His character on Degrassi; The Next Generation is supposed to be of some sort of Slavic ancestry.

Based on his appearance I'd say no more than a quarter... He must have significant European on both sides.
