On topic, I think the three teams look more alike than the actual populations do.

Bulgarians and Greeks overlap more each other than either with Portuguese but difference isn't immense.

Portuguese and Greeks are a bit darker than Bulgarians on average (the two lack the tr00 gopnik types present in Bulgaria).

But features are more important than pigmentation and anyway light hair/eyes are maybe like 10% more in Bulgaria and swarthies 5-10% less. Not that significant. Bulgarians have more northern influence in the features than Greeks as well, but on the other hand some Portuguese can look really western.

No such thing as a uniform Slavic look. Many South Slavs can look Southern European, and many Poles can look German. To me Slavic is a linguistic term. The Slavic look is a term reserved for Russians and Ukrainians mostly.
