haha yes I also forget to do it many times. Yesterday I trained my legs which I've haven't done for some weeks and I'm paying for it now :p
Before I did boxing and other martial arts + fitness and in the training there were a lot of squatting and other exercises for the legs so I didn't have to conclude it in my fitness schedule that much (for BJJ it's recommended though)

i don't have either of those body types, i lack muscle but for some odd reason my performance in strength is high with no muscle, and women have told me that i look good like this now, so i don't think we should be ashamed of our bodies, i think the whole time it's just us men that think we need to have abbs to get girls and not the other way around a woman has never said that we need to have like this or that, it's just our own ignorence as men that make us think that we need those body types. The lean muscular look is the best in both sexes. Women are also most attracted to the Calvin Klein underwear model and Olympic swimmers' body types whether or not they admit it openly. I have the muscles of an underwear model I just need to drop my bodyfat percentage lower. I'm not fat right now but I still need to drop my bodyfat percentage. Oh there's certain appeal but compared to the guys I am used to they all look like little shrimps muscle-wise. And that'd be natural muscular for the people I know not jacked & photoshopped like Mr. #1. I am pretty sure, even as a gal, I can outlift some of them. I did outlift a number of guys, even extremely fit, when working out seriously at the local gym years ago while in the military.

By the way have leg exercises and machines gone the way of the dinosaurs? The lack of definition/muscular to the legs makes me laugh.
