not rly typical. I've never seen a greek,bulgarian, serbian,bosnian, romania(dunno if romania is considered balkan on this site) that looked like him or even close to him. I don't know if he could pass in albania, croatia and slovenia, but for sure he wouldn't be the typical looking guy in those countries. he would be seen as exotic even in hungary or slovakia. in austria he could pass, however

he has a pinkish/reddish face/skin color which is a western european feature imo and I don't see eastern-/soutern-eastern/balkan people with this skin tone

Trust me, there is no such thing as "Balkan look". The Balkans is the most mixed of any geographic area in terms of ethnicity, religion and cultural influences.

I guess, this Turkish actor is pred. Anatolid-Faelid + slightly Turanid in the eye area.

There are still french, venetian, brit, dutch, german, polish levantines in izmir and istanbul and very few minority in mersin. Maybe he is one of them, lost case or converted one. 4-5 years before i was watching a tv show at the ramazan, and i noticed a guy praying i thouht he is converted brit or something but he told that he is from burdur turkey, he was this guy;

In all honesty, I personally know a few Turks myself who look completely Northwestern Euro. You would never think they are from the Balkans, let alone Turkey. Yet, they are truly Turkish. Even their families look ordinary Turkish. It just happens sometimes. There doesn't need to be any recent admix for this.
