Well, it's not the typical look of Sardinia, very different genetic history from Southern Italy, the area genetically more Greek and East-med from which most of Italian-Americans come from. He has chosen the wrong region. Even in Sicily he'd pass as an exotic one because he seems a full MENA.

Honestly, the average Italian look doesn't exist, we are the result of different historical ethnic and cultural groups. Northern Italians (I mean, the real ones) are still different from the Southerns nowadays.

If you want to find an average Italian look you can see this and try to find someone similar to him.

In any case he is troll, that's sure.
