Actually I have a balanced diet thankfully, with an importance placed on protein! I hope you take supplements being a non omnivore.

Used to be allergic toward food preservatives but these days eat preserved food without getting allergy. Other than this haven't any allergy I'm aware off to any kind of food or substance.

Bro, it is much better to stay away from foods with preservatives anyhow. Its all poison for the body.

Don't worry, preserved food make up small amount of food diet I'm used to consume also as you say I tend to stay away from those as much as possible but at work can't choose the meal they offer for free bro. ;)

It's so annoying! Luckily it's not a severe allergy. If I eat or drink something that involves white grapes, I just get an itchy mouth and a bit of a bellyache. Nothing dire, but unpleasant enough that I avoid it.

None that I can think of. But on rare occasion, I had adverse reactions to Calamari (or at least the tentacles/ink) whilst living in Hawaii. Could be from the local waters since I never had issues with it anywhere else.

A test said that I am "moderately" allergic to some certain kinds of seafood. But then again, I've eaten fish, calamari, prawns, squid, octopus and oysters, and nothing has happened to me.

So that leaves lobsters and crayfish. :cool:

I've eaten tunas, sardines, carps and the likes. Never gotten reactions.

i only regret for the grapes and melons. i still eat them sometimes even though it feels annoying afterwards. i don't get life-threatening alleries
