Acadian Odyssey Monument

This is a monument erected in Prince Edward Island where a bunch of Acadians were killed in 1755 during the expulsion. None of them survived, entire families were wiped out of existence. The PEI gov't erected the monument in 2008.

Edit: It's interesting that those photos actually remind me of parts of Acadiana.
