That means that she is not more than 1/4 English, or even less, because we don't even know if her maternal Grandpa is of fully English descent.

Then, more likely, most of her remaining ancestry is Spanish.

They look very different than Irish-Italian mixes, since Spaniards have considerably more genetic similarity to Brits than Italians do, to begin with. Most of these people could easily pass as full Brits.

She is a Spaniard and speaks Spanish with a native Madridian accent, but her ancestry isn't really so. Her father and father's family seem to be mainly Chilean, and they look so. Her mother's family is much more known and way too international, but at least it is certainly rooted in England (London), yet also Ireland if we take into account that her greatgrandfather was Eugene O'Neill.

So perhaps a Chilean-AngloIrish mix would be more accurate, regarding 'phenotype ancestry'.
