I think maybe Med is seen in her because she is Italian, it makes people think "she must be part med" even though there are some non-med Italians (north and south both).

In my family we have many phenotypes (my ancestors): Armenoids, Dinaromeds, Meds, CM + Atlantids, Norids, etc. Pretty interesting variety. And this is ALL Southern. 0.o From Armenoid, Cypriot looking Calabrese, to almost Austrian looking Campanians (and even some that are between the two). My Bisnonno looked intermediate between Balkan and N Italian, and his father looked like he was Austrian. His wife... looked like an Ashkenazi Jew.

Let's rather focus on facial features. This woman has something quite special with the abnormally narrow spacing between nose and upper lip.

She reminds me of the Scottish actress Kelly McDonald (remember Trainspotting?).

But I don't know to which group this peculiar feature might be ascribed.
