According to new scientific studies its
50 % DNA
30% Phyisical Exercise
20% Nutrition

Which means in other words that people with lacking genes can never become a Top Athlete irrespective how hard they train or how vigilant they are regarding their food intake

I've noticed that too. Mongoloids on average are probably next. It may have come from interbreeding with them.

Ancient Indians were warlike as fuck. All indo-european societies were. Where did all the kshatriyas go?

I barely read anything about history/genetics, so I've no idea.

I assume 4000 years of vegetarian diet could've made Hindus weaker

Yes there are particular genes which determine speed and reaction capacity as well as explosive power
essential for all contact and ball sports
The famous "Champions League Gene" is Alpha Actinin 3 ACTN³. Real Madrid tests every player if they posess this gene before offering them a contract

True maybe... but it's still quite high in dairy right? Milk, ghee, etc?

according to 23andme "im likely a sprinter"

Two working copies of alpha-actinin-3 in fast-twitch muscle fiber. Many world-class sprinters and some endurance athletes have this genotype.

Protein intake is now abruptly increasing in India.
Rate of height increase among Indians is much higher than EUropeans.

Average height of 50+ year old Indian man is 5' 5" (5'2" for woman)
For 18-25 yr old Indian guy, 5' 8" (5'3.5"-5'4" for woman).
OTOH, barely an inch difference for White counterparts.

I predict average 18-25 yr old Indian men average height will reach 5'9" by 2020, and will match Whites in 2050.

Basically, Indians are 50-100 yrs behind Whites in physical growth/strength and catching up.

I always thought indians were taller for the most part. That doesn't seem to be the issue. They're just meek.

You can stare right through them. They're easily intimidated, pushed around. They don't have any aggression or dominance in their spirit unless it's spelling competitions or acting.

Most Indians act too modest to unknown people. Once they know someone personally well, it will change.
They can be intimidated as you said easily if you're tall and well built. It's in their culture.

I meant physical strength as well when I meant height.

Anyways, average Indian can't match average Maori or White person in rugby games for some generations or may be never.
