Petter Anker Stordalen (born 29 November 1962 in Porsgrunn, Norway) is a Norwegian investor and hotel "tycoon". CEO and owner of Home Invest Group and Choice Hotels Scandinavia, with more than 160 hotels, 9200 employees and 20 new hotels under construction.
Home Invest is one of the leading private investment companies in the Nordic region. The core business is service performance, particularly in the fields of hotel operation, property and capital management.
Stordalen’s estimated personal wealth is NOK 9 Bn (according to Kapital, no 1 Norwegian financial magazine).
Growing up in a merchant family in a small town, Petter Stordalen has become one the most successful and well-known entrepreneurs in Scandinavia.
