Looks like me actually.

I'd say Nordic Alpinid. Nordic because of his pigmentation and hair texture and alpinid because of his facial structure.

Never mind I found it. Austria. I think he is close to the Bavarian border of Germany...

He's actually Canadian but skis for Australia.

Really don't see the faelid. He looks quite reduced.
