Wow he looks really Middle eastern to me. Could never even pass as a Ashkenazi/sephardi here.Actually he passes really good as Mizrahi.
Relatively dark complexion+dark brown hair+black eyes+hooked nose can pass as european in some cases, but IDK he doesn't seem euro to me. Looks kind of a mixed european- gypsy (Mortimer looks more euro than him...) or Middle eastern to me. European? Most Italians and Sicilians look more European than him. If he passes in Europe I guess even my MENA looking brother (yes I have two brothers- one European look one more MENA look) can pass in Europe, even better than this guy.
