Ok I had a discussion the other day with Linet about the use of meat in each country's cuisine.
Greeks love meat and have nothing to do with vegetarians :p Yet we have a huge variety of food with no kind of meat in them that we eat on a regular bases and we find them as filling and substantial as the ones based on meat.
In some cases we will even treat our guests with a menu free of meat and everyone will still be happy :p
So I am curius, do you use meat in your everyday cuisine? If you don't do you consider veg-food satisfying? :rolleyes:
