People tend to use it to refer to poorer people on council housing who wear burberry caps, lots of 'bling' and who get into drunken fights a lot, although I've not many people say the word, but I've met pleasant Caribbean people from paradise islands who are surgeons and doctors. Wow, you really do have the greatest compassion and sympathy for the worst people! You feel sorry for them because they commit crimes,are violent, scream like animals etc? I was just a bit confused. I mean, I'm not all that knowledgeable on British history all that much, but I do know that the only a few thousand Normans ever set sail to Britain, and they were mostly the ruling elite of the country which allowed many of the old French words to be incorporated to the English language. Seems to be that being Norman is some sort of prestige title or something.

There certainly are some beautiful British women around but I dont think they are most beautiful in Europe and on average they are like Italian women ...they are hit and miss. I used to have this idea that Italian women were very beautiful but on average the truth is the Sophia Loren types are not that common.
