The first and the last girl dyed their hair blond. The second girl look Slavic from Russian minority living in Romania but I am not sure. The rest are lighter than Romanians on other pictures. I cannot categorise most girls blond because blond means actually blond. Not brown haired with light eyes.

The second one on the pictures looks like an ethnic eastern Slav. I remember seeing pictures of those people somewhere. The first one and the last have dyed their hair. All other girls are not blond per se. Maybe in Romania. It's better to put pictures of grown men, who don't dye their hair.

You can't really tell from a picture but I think it's probably blonde not brown, unless it's dyed. She is in shadow. But she is not typical of romanian face features in any way. She is extremely obviously a russian and stands out like a sore thumb.

Swedish people don't have platinum blond hair. The only people who do are young children, albinos, a small minority of Finns/Estonians, and people who bleach their hair.

Some Romanians are simply Pontid-Med or Alpine-Med types there are alot of examples in Seya's threads
If course these are not Gypsy phenotypes and alot of other Romanians are light types.

The pictures you posted don't serve as good examples since some people there seem indeed to be of Gypsy origins
and thus don't represent what Non Gypsy Romanians look like.
