Yeah, could be a Norid. Could also be Tronder. Tronders can be brachycephalic. Based on Coon's definition, they have a large range in cephalic index due to the variety of influences that go into them. In fact, that's probably more likely, since his facial profile looks more classic Nordic.

Still looks firmly human to me, but certainly shows an above-average Watcher influenced physicality. Looks fairly "Tronder"

Nordid. You're seeing the flatter occiput, which can be Borreby-Dinarid. Scandis aren't all that doliocephalic in many cases.
