The facade of legitimacy created by the Jews continues to collapse, with an emergency meeting of the United Nations Human Rights Council denouncing the parasitic state of Israel for “deliberate war crimes against the Palestinian people.”
Following this declaration, the rodent ambassador to the council allegedly erupted into a hysterical outburst of curses and lamentations, claiming that his nation’s army was not intentionally targeting defenseless women and children.
The meeting occurred amid multiple reports that Jew snipers are now firing at young children from rooftops, while helicopter gunships strafe the long columns of Arab refugees that are attempting to escape the slaughter of their friends and families.

Israel’s military actions in the Gaza Strip could amount to war crimes, UN rights chief Navi Pillay has said, as Israel continued pounding Gaza for a 16th day.
Pillay on Wednesday also condemned indiscriminate rocket attacks by Hamas fighters.
“There seems to be a strong possibility that international law has been violated, in a manner that could amount to war crimes,” Pillay told an emergency session on Gaza at the UN Human Rights Council.
Pillay said the killing of civilians in Gaza, especially children, raised concerns over Israel’s precautions and respect for proportionality.

The meeting also called on the international community to “urgently dispatch an independent, international commission of inquiry” to investigate “all violations of international human rights law and international humanitarian law in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, particularly in the occupied Gaza Strip”.
The aim, it said, was to “establish the facts and circumstances of such violations and of the crimes perpetrated and to identify those responsible, to make recommendations, in particular, on accountability measures, all with a view to avoiding and ending impunity and ensuring that those responsible are held accountable, and on ways and means to protect civilians against any further assaults”.

A South African accusing Jews of violating human rights. That's glorious.

When South Africans are telling you that you're fucked up, you must be really fucked up.

Wouldn't be the first time.

The Government of South Africa, seeking to eliminate and prevent the kind of suffering the South African and Namibian people suffered under apartheid, commissioned a legal study of the Israel-Palestine situation. The main conclusions of the study were limited to Israel’s practices in occupied East Jerusalem, the West Bank and the Gaza Strip. The study found Israel’s occupation of the Palestinian territories had become “a colonial enterprise which implements a system of apartheid.” The study also found much evidence of similar practices within the state of Israel itself.

Why don't they ever talk about war crimes committed by Hamas (especially against its own people)?

Because this isn't about Palestinians it's about bashing Israel. 1800 Palestinians have been murdered by Assad recently but does anyone give a fuck?

Yeah UN focuses on Israel a lot, but that's what happens when you have one vote per country. The Muslim countries will always win in terms of votes.

Azerbaijan has been able to push through anti-Armenian resolutions in the UN due to all the Muslim nations voting with Azerbaijan.

They should realize that they are no match against the IDF, and should focus on improving the economic situation for their people.

No one reprimands them, because 1) they run a coordinated PR campaign 2) Hamas knows that dead palestinians benefits them, so they try to maximize that when IDF is targeting them.

And they are the ones who rejected a ceasefire.

Everyone who isn't a limp-wristed Western liberal knows that Hamas' actions are merely for propaganda and because they've lost support. As if they care about "peace" (or if they do it's usually includes destruction of Israel and preferably all of its Jews).

Actually it's Hamas who forces the civilians to stay in a warzone so he should be charged

Hamas wants to force the lifting of the blockade via the ceasefire, that's why they rejected the ceasefire, thinking they can do that.

every single rocket fired by Hamas is a war crime. They fire at civilians not at soldiers, they try and infiltrate Israel 24/7 to kidnap/kill civilians. People dont understand Israeli civilian casualties would be so much higher if it wasnt for Iron Dome, and IDF superiority.

If Hamas had the capabilities of the IDF, they would kill way more people.

That being said, I think it's still sad to see so many innocent children and women caught in the crossfire.

yes its sad, but most of them are future Hamas members, thats why they are hanging out with Hamas members, did you ever notice its not kids that are 1 or 2? the kids are almost always 10-13? This is because they are hanging out with their Hamas buddies. Hamas likes this to because then they can sya Israel is killing innocents. Israel strikes, weapons cache, and Hamas hotspots ONLY, it does not going around shooting at everything.

I had read something that Hamas said that it good if innocent civilians martyr themselves by dying in such strikes, which is pretty disgusting of them.

I have seen though girls that look 3 or 4 caught in the crossfire, my sympathy goes more to the innocent people that are not helping Hamas and want to just live their lives but are caught in the crossfire of all of this. If you are helping Hamas with their operations, that's a different story.
