Atlanto-Pontid,Dinaric and some CM.

Passes in Greece,Iberia and France for the most part.

The beard makes him a Greek hipster though.

Carlito, if you didn't reveal his ethnicity nobody would be saying Greece IMO. xD
I can see him passing in Britain for example... maybe even Norway.

He passes in most of Europe actually and there are quite a few similar light Greeks but i don't deny that he could be Norwegian too.
