11 Signs You’re A Men’s Rights Activist

http://rlv.zcache.com/11_signs_youre_a_mens_rights_activist_shirt-r799b5c760b4a414fb7ec10b3a5f87542_804gy_512.jpg

1. You have no problem with the gender wage gap. But you hate having to pay for dates.

2. You insist that it’s a scientifically proven fact that men are stronger than women. But you complain about society believing that it’s worse for a man to hit a woman than for a woman to hit a man.

3. You believe that the age of consent is unfair and that there’s nothing wrong with having sex with teenage girls. But when you find out that a teenage girl enjoys sex, you believe she’s the biggest slut in the world.

4. You hate when a woman automatically assumes that a man is a douchebag before getting to know him. But when you like a woman who likes another man, you assume he’s a douchebag just because he’s not you.

5. You believe that if women want equality, they should be drafted into the military. But you also believe that the military is not a place for women.

6. You hate when women assume that men are like wild animals. But you believe that a woman who doesn’t cover up and make herself invisible to men is just like someone wearing a meat suit around wild animals.

7. You hate the fact that men are bullied for not conforming to their male gender roles. But when you find out that a man disagrees with your beliefs about women’s rights, your immediate response is to try to emasculate him by comparing him to a woman as an insult.

8. You hate when women assume that there are no nice guys. But you call yourself a nice guy and act like it’s a rare quality that should cause women to be all over you.

9. You hate when women assume that men just want to get laid. But when you find out that a man is a feminist, you assume that he’s just doing it to get laid.

10. You hate when women make generalizations about all men. But when a woman calls you out for being sexist, you claim that all men think like you.

11. You insist that women should be responsible for protecting themselves from being raped. But when they follow the one piece of advice that actually works, which is being aware of red flags, you complain about them assuming that all men are rapists.

No. 1 Sign - You're a pathetic, ugly piece of shit with no social skills, charisma, charm, sense of generosity, fairness whatsoever, and you blame women for all your personal problems and why you never get your dick wet.

1. You have no problem with the gender wage gap. But you hate having to pay for dates.

A man should be the provider in a relationship. A date is not a relationship.

2. You insist that it’s a scientifically proven fact that men are stronger than women. But you complain about society believing that it’s worse for a man to hit a woman than for a woman to hit a man.

It's simply fact that men are stronger than women, this doesn't mean that you're not allowed to defend yourself. Anyone slaps you? Knock them out. Just because someone is physically weaker doesn't make it OK for them to hurt others. What kind of strange logic is this?

The rest of the list doesn't apply to me so whatever.

Come on, you're better than using Tumblr as a source.

Also, what FeederOfRavens said:

Another one should be.

You want so badly to get married to a pure virtuos virgin but when you are single you try so hard there's no virgin remaining.

All these guys neglect the most important piece or female privelege - right to choose who to have sex with. From now on men should be able to choose to have sex with whatever woman they want, that's the only way to make society fair.

I believe in full gender equality. Equal pay, equal treatment in the military, and NO special treatment for a woman who hits a man first.

The gender wage gap has nothing to do with sex discrimination.

7. You hate the fact that men are bullied for not conforming to their male gender roles. But when you find out that a man disagrees with your beliefs about women’s rights, your immediate response is to try to emasculate him by comparing him to a woman as an insult.
I agree this is the one sticking point that alienates me from the MRA movement. They are anti-gay, shame men for not living up to an out-of-date, constricted image of masculinity.

They also just seem to be concerned with stirring up negativity and being sensationalists instead of actually doing anything. Where are the MRA marches on Washington, burning their ties?

Don't need to be a Men Rights Activist to think that Feminism is bullshit and that and male-female relationships are totally fucked up.

Women don't realize how much of a boon this is to them. I've been on OKCupid for years and I've only gone out with 10 or so women on there. I meet up with this chick in my Indian language program and she tells me about how she's met up with 50 men in a few months, and then says she doesn't have time for dating because it would interfere with her studies (!)

Women don't realize how much of a boon this is. They can only afford to be dismissive of men and "focus on their work" because they know that they have the absolute guarantee of sex and affection whenever they want it. If I had the same guarantee, I'd feel so confident and good, I could really excel at all other aspects of my life.

MRA's are pathetic, frail and sentimental boys. Stop women on men violence, I mean come on... How can a (non athlete) woman kick some normal guy's ass????

I'm all up for giving a privileged treatment to women, if they do enough merits for it ofc.

If men are assaulted, they aren't allowed due to social taboos to just haul off and belt a woman. If a man is being abused he is not taken seriously by society because of things like the kind of garbage you post in this thread.

I get it bro. You are a sensitive soul. You don't need to punch a girl in the face if she is assaulting you. A normal guy should be able to immobilize a woman easily. I would bet my left nut I could immobilize any woman on this forum if she tried to assault me and half of the guys here. And i'm not even a big guy.

Even then, if you are physically impaired or just very chivalrous, just abandon her. This silent victim shit is bullcrap.

I was just pointing out how ridiculous this all is. All the cries for "rights". Though I have never heard of men's right's advocates, for women basically the railing against the imaginary partriarchy and pretend white male privelege is ridiculous.

Truth is it sucks to be a man, and in modern society it is almost pointless to participate. You may as well see hookers as date today in the typical sense with the women like you claim who see 50 or 100 guys in a short time. All the guys I know who got married, it has been nothing but a burden because the women don't really put any work into it and just use it as a security gap to get what they want. They can leave any time they want and take half your money, when typically the women has zero earning potential whatsoever (and not because of the evil patriarchy but because they are unwilling or unable to work any serious jobs).

Not that it's better from the other side, my sister's husband is just a dead weight. It sounds like an indictment on marriage but it's not. When things are treated in this "everyone is equal in every way" sense and you don't get what you want/need out of it, it's completely worthless for both men and women.

1. You have no problem with the gender wage gap. But you hate having to pay for dates.

I have no problem with the "gender wage gap" for the same reason I have no problem with Lord Voldemort or Darth Vader - because it's fictional.

2. You insist that it’s a scientifically proven fact that men are stronger than women. But you complain about society believing that it’s worse for a man to hit a woman than for a woman to hit a man.

Men, as a whole, are stronger than women, as a whole. That doesn't mean that a woman hitting a man can't hurt him just as bad as if he hit her.

3. You believe that the age of consent is unfair and that there’s nothing wrong with having sex with teenage girls. But when you find out that a teenage girl enjoys sex, you believe she’s the biggest slut in the world.

The age of consent should be 16, as should the age of majority. 16-year-olds are adults in every meaningful way. Having sex with prepubescent children is degenerate and disgusting.

4. You hate when a woman automatically assumes that a man is a douchebag before getting to know him. But when you like a woman who likes another man, you assume he’s a douchebag just because he’s not you.

It's not so much of assuming he's a douchebag as hating him because you're jealous.

5. You believe that if women want equality, they should be drafted into the military. But you also believe that the military is not a place for women.

Women belong in the military. We've been dying for them for the past 6,000 years, it's their turn now.

6. You hate when women assume that men are like wild animals. But you believe that a woman who doesn’t cover up and make herself invisible to men is just like someone wearing a meat suit around wild animals.

There's a huge gray area in between dressing like a nun and exhibitionism.

7. You hate the fact that men are bullied for not conforming to their male gender roles. But when you find out that a man disagrees with your beliefs about women’s rights, your immediate response is to try to emasculate him by comparing him to a woman as an insult.

My go to insult is "cuck", not "pussy".

8. You hate when women assume that there are no nice guys. But you call yourself a nice guy and act like it’s a rare quality that should cause women to be all over you.

You're confusing MRAs with TRP/pick-up-artists here.

9. You hate when women assume that men just want to get laid. But when you find out that a man is a feminist, you assume that he’s just doing it to get laid.

There's a difference between making assumptions about someone based on an immutable facet of their identity and making assumptions about someone based on their public statements. For example, saying "Bobby is an attention whore because he is young" is a bigoted and stupid remark, but saying "Bobby is an attention whore because he constantly posts about himself" is a reasonable conclusion to draw.

10. You hate when women make generalizations about all men. But when a woman calls you out for being sexist, you claim that all men think like you.

A lot of the time, when women call men "sexist", they are wrong.

11. You insist that women should be responsible for protecting themselves from being raped. But when they follow the one piece of advice that actually works, which is being aware of red flags, you complain about them assuming that all men are rapists.

I've never raped anyone, and don't have any plans to do so in the future.
