I don't care if you have a netbook or a 24-core server. Let's see your setup!

Very nice, but I won't trade.
I saw your ad on eBay, but shipping 20 tons of steel from Tokyo isn't cheap.

Let's see if I can remember correctly.

Q6600 2.4 GHz
1 TB and 750 GB both Samsung SpinPoint disks
4 GB PC-6400 (800 MHz) RAM
8800 GT 512 MB gfxcard
Samsung T260 26" Monitor (1920*1200)
Logitech MX518 (optical rules faggotry laser)
Antec Performance One P182

(Everything - except the monitor - have been really cheap. I always buy computer parts which are 1-2 years old. New stuff is extremely pricey).

I have a Toshiba Satellite 500 something laptop sitting on a new Ikea Leksvik desk. Does this count? :D (Pics to come!)

No overclock on the Q6600? My i7 runs at 4.4GHz 1.35v 24/7. OC is probably the major downfall for 65nm :P.

You have a very nice monitor. And I agree with you on the optical for the most part. But, 5700 DPI at the lowest S/W sensitivity is much smoother than either my 3500 DPI optical DeathAdder or optical Ikari could have ever been, much less my MX518 (while being one of the best mice I've owned)...

You should post a picture! And what chassis do you have?

OMG pics pics pics pics!
My desk is from IKEA too :). You can't buy better composite material furniture anywhere!

Another Samsung man I see :D. AOC is like the American car company of monitors.
How's the Cherry? The Cherry Black's I've used were absolutely heavenly. I'm looking to get a Deck (Cherry switches) one of these days, but I'm not into typing as much as I was in elementary school.

Also real things are overrated. I'll take my cheap synthetics over your "real" things. My "leather" chair is made out of 100% petroleum products.

The Aoc Diplay i´ve got as a Replacement ;)
It´s my third Cherry Keyboard.
One was watered with coffee.
Second gone to death the same Way.

Generally i prefer Cherry before logitech.
Previous IBM Keyboard was really heavy but it still work..
The Cherry Flat Keyboard needs some time to habituate.
It´s a big difference between them..

That´s why we are asociated as the homeland of culture :D
Real wood is more stable than the glued wood. ;)
I´ve taken the Display on a CD Player from Phillips and a Dvd Player.. because it was to low

Nice! That monitor is gorgeous; I wanted the rose accents but couldn't afford them :(.

G15 is also a nice keyboard. Pretty much indestructible.

And we have the same mousepad!

Replaced my HD 201's with Siberia's, but I'm still not satisfied. Sennheiser is the best.

Laying it on too thick? :rolleyes2:

(Looks like a good laptop. It's just that dead language like that makes my head bleed.)
