Looks pseudo-Ethiopian in the 2nd photo. Otherwise, average mulatta.

I wouldn't say she is mulatta. Seems to be mainly African.

She seems to have smoother features and lighter skin for an African on average.
And Cape Verde are creole Islands.

Cape Verdeans are mixed almost by default. But mullata implies a 50%-50% split which i think she isn't. Pretty girl nonetheless.

OK.For me a mullata(o) Is someone mixed with Whites.No matter what percentage.(that's what I thought anyway)
