I shall usurp Sikeliot for today and make a thread with lots of random group photos of Sicilians, only they all have the aforementioned MP in them.

I think all these types are found all over Italy, with a few of them more common in the South. I don't really see particular ''Sicilian'' looking people within these pictures. Maybe you must post pictures from slums and remote villages to find these specific looking types. From where in Sicily are these people from ?

Alpine and Dinaromed. I think they have minor Armenoid influence too. They look SE Euro overall.
