Gracile med is much more generic and probably comes from mixing to kind of melt away other phenotypes. She has a kind of ratty look to her that is too distinctive.

This woman does not look textbook Arabid - in any puritanical sense anyway.

Arabid is a gracile phenotype and they should have a straight nose in the pure form, tanned to medium skin, black eyes and black/brown hair.

A general semitic phenotype with the bird beak nose is not Arabid, IMO.
