I work with few of them, and they do not look so depigmented as this girl . Mainly dark/short/with armenoid and mongoloid tendencies.

She looks close enough to Carleton Coon's East Baltid Plates to be almost a textbook example, except for a degree of pure Uralic influence that is more visible in some pictures than in others.

So my classification is predominantly East Baltid with direct Uraloid admixture.
