I think it's Khazar. It is popular among Mordvins and Udmurts.
U2e1a is considered as an Indo-European marker if i am not mistaken.

23andMe maps are unreliable and you shouldn't suggest yourself with them.
It's an U2 project at FTDNA: https://www.familytreedna.com/public/mtDNA%20U2/ Although there is slight british bias and some regions are understested, you can search for a haplotypes that concern you.
