No, that's a wide range of greeks. They all have kosovar and most have tirana also.

If a German scores something near 40% HG at this calculator and a Cretan 10% then northern Greeks who score 20%-25% HG are basically like a half german half Cretan mix or between 40%-50% German if you want accuracy.
