Yes all my family get some of these and we are Irish. Some I recognise are Crimean Tatar Coast, Abkhasian. I even get things like Kalash. I think everyone gets some exotic things on GEDMatch.

I'm not German, but often get listed as South & West Germany, German Swiss, or Austria on PCAs and single sharing oracles because I'm half Irish and half Romanian. I also get a small amount of Crimean Tatar Coast and Caucasus in oracles and I'm not sure what it is about. This might not be the best calculator. I am a bit surprised that it would show up in the case of people that are purely Irish or German but who knows. I think Caucasus admixture is more likely in a Romanians but I'm unfamiliar with any history of West Asian DNA in my family. Here are some mixes I get for the MDLP K23b:
